Interest rates were remarkably resilient
this week with plot twists in Iran and a
rise in CPI Inflation.  Despite this,
interest rates improved 4 of the
last 5 business days.

SELLERS CUT THEIR PRICE

In most areas, negotiating power continues
to side with Home Buyers.

There are a record number of more
home sellers than home buyers and
the stats show that sellers are cutting
their prices dramatically in some areas.

34.2% of Home Sellers lowered their
List Price in February 2026, the highest
number on record since 2012.

The average Home Seller price cut was
$13,463 or 2.4% of the Listing Price.

deals to be had.
