The big news last week was the release
of September BLS Jobs Report. The
Job creation number exceeded expectations
coming in at 119,000 jobs created compared
to the estimated 50,000 jobs. The previous
two months had 33,000 in negative
job revisions.

The Government is delaying the release
of the October BLS Jobs Report. Instead,
they will be releasing the October and
November at the same time on December
18^th. This means that these important reports
will come out after the next FED meeting.

All eyes are pointing towards the FED
meeting on December 10^th. Some FED
members have come out publicly in favor
of another cut due to the weakening labor
market. The CME FedWatch Tool currently
predicts an 81% chance of a cut in
December.

HOME AFFORDABILITY HITS 2.5 YEAR HIGH

Big news for home buyers.

Home affordability has hit a 2.5 year high.

The big reason homes are more affordable:

* Lower interest rates.
* Home price appreciation moderating.
