The big news last week was the
Government Re-Opening. With the
Re-Opening comes back all the
normal reports the market gets to
gauge economic performance.

The big news this week is the BLS
releasing the Jobs Report for
September on Thursday 11/20.

A higher-than-expected job creation
number will likely hurt interest rates.
A lower-than-expected job creation
number will likely help interest rates.

There are a lot of characteristics that
go into a mortgage rate – credit score,
investor, loan to value, loan amount,
costs, etc. Please call me to go over
your specific scenario so we can
price your loan out accurately.

Below are some of my favorite
slides from the report.

We are at a historical low in homes
changing ownership.

Despite the lower percentage of homes
changing families, there are a still a lot
of transactions happening in America.
On average, over 11,000 homes sell
every day in America.

The Housing Market is showing signs
of more movement, with lower rates
and more inventory helping bring
more demand into the market.

The Median Monthly Mortgage Payment
in the U.S. is going down.

While many homes on the market are
having price reductions. Many home
buyers are getting great deals in
this market.

Hope you have a fantastic week!!
