about .05% on the week with the
Mortgage Backed Security market
trading up + 25 bps over the
past 7 days.

30 Year Fixed average Conventional
rates sit at 6.91% 30 Year Fixed
average FHA and VA rates sit
in the mid 6%s.

Below are your average interest rates
across the country according to
Mortgage News Daily.

This is FED week with FED meetings
on Tuesday and Wednesday followed
by a Wednesday statement and
Press Conference.

We don’t expect the FED to move
the Federal Funds Rate at this
meeting. Their comments on the
market’s likely future rate movements
could affect interest rates.
